Our company is equipped with a complete enamelling production process, including automatic spraying equipment, an Italian Trasmetal furnace, and automatic grinding equipment. These facilities enhance surface finishing quality and production stability.
Each moulding cycle can be completed in approximately 6.5–8 seconds, helping improve production capacity and delivery performance.
Our DISA production lines are equipped with an Automatic Pattern Change system, APC, which accelerates production line changeovers and reduces downtime. Mould changes can be completed in as fast as 60 seconds, improving production efficiency and manufacturing flexibility.
Automated moulding improves dimensional accuracy, surface consistency, and overall production stability.
With advanced equipment and professional casting experience, we are able to support the manufacturing of various types of cast iron and enamelled cast iron products.
